Thank you for choosing Succulentry as your source for succulent plant artistry.
We strive for nothing less than your complete satisfaction with our live succulent arrangements. All arrangements are carefully prepared and quality-checked prior to delivery. All deliveries are made locally by Succulentry, hand-delivered with care to ensure quality. If the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left near the recipient's residence entrance or with a receptionist or other representative at the location if available. If you are not happy with the arrangement, feel the arrangement we delivered is not as advertised, was delivered to a different address than specified or on a different day than what we confirmed, or was damaged during delivery, return the arrangement to us (contact us here) within 24 hours and we will make it right with either a free repair or replacement, or a refund.
Care tips are provided along with the delivered arrangement. Succulentry is not responsible for arrangements that have been neglected. Please contact us with any questions you may have about your arrangement and we'd be happy to share any advice we have to help you maintain its quality and beauty.
